If You Want Individual Support, Consider Our Short-Term Coaching Package
Duration: 1–6 months.
The duration of your coaching depends on your needs and preferences. You may merely need your coach to kickstart your developmental process and help you define your direction for change. Or you may want to commit to a longer, more intense route to become a stand-out transformational leader. We customize the coaching to your unique needs and objectives.
Are you ready to take the next steps to lead the charge towards transforming your organization culture?
To succeed, you need to consider your own personal transformational goals and challenges. Our highly experienced executive coaches will guide you through a process of identifying where you are now in your own quest to become a transformational leader. Then, your coach will guide you through an individual development process to prepare you to lead transformation in your company.
Coaching Process
- Assess the context of the executive leader and his or her organization. This involves pinpointing what the coaching process will accomplish for the executive and for the organization. We normally talk with the employer/decision-maker and the executive to be coached. We also include other stakeholders i.e. those who have an interest in the development of the person to be coached.
- Develop the initial coaching contract including the executive’s own development goals, the employer/boss’s goals for the process, how we will measure progress and outcomes, confidentiality issues.
- Administer leadership assessments of the executive. The type of assessment will depend on the goals and background info collected; a 360, an emotional intelligence assessment or a decision-making style could be included. We might administer more than one depending on the needs and expectations.
- Provide executive with assessment feedback.
- Provide the executive with a resource list based on the contracting and assessment outcomes.
- Carry out monthly coaching sessions – normally 2 per month either face-to-face or by webcam; length of the sessions varies depending on the need and the contracting in step 2; however, the sessions run around 1.5 hours on average. In addition, the coach is available to the executive any time via check-in calls and email.
- Close-out the coaching by preparing a written report which could be available only to the executive or could be available to the other stakeholders as well depending on the initial contract. The report specifies steps the executive can take for ongoing, unaided progress.
- The coach is available for check-in emails and phone calls for up to 2 months after the end of the coaching process.
As a result of this coaching, the executive will have a keen understanding of his or her own role in leading an organizational transformation and new or improved capabilities for succeeding.
