Kathi Irvine works with senior and middle leaders to increase their impact, personally an organizationally, and support organizational change initiatives.
Kathi’s clients hail from a wide range of industries, including government, not-for-profit and for-profit organizations such as Lexmark International, Rogers Radio, RBC Financial Group, BC Hydro, Essential Energy Services, Suncor, Canadian Forces, Metro Vancouver, Envision Financial, BC Teacher’s Federation, Westminster Savings Credit Union, Ashland Chemicals, and Silvera for Seniors.
Kathi’s work is influenced by the lessons learned from numerous educational institutions in both Canada and the United States including Simon Fraser University, Royal Roads University, Banff Centre, and CRR Global. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia, and a certificate in Dialogue and Negotiation. She is qualified to administer and interpret numerous behavioral and style assessments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strengths Deployment Inventory and ACHIEVE assessment.
An advocate for community involvement, Kathi is involved with many community organizations. She is a board member of Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society, volunteers with Vantage Point: Transforming Not For Profit Leadership, and serves as guest faculty with the Banff Centre in Leadership Development.
